He ran Procter & Gamble’s famed multi-billion-dollar GBS and IT operations in every region across the world during a 27-year career there. Tony has over three decades of international business expertise in the US, Europe, and Asia. Tony advises about 20 of the Fortune 100 organizations on digital strategy at the board or CXO levels.

Adriana G. Mendizabal is the NA President at Stanley Black & Decker. Adriana is a C Suite Executive with experience as President, General Manager, and Chief Marketing & Innovations Officer. She has worked for top Fortune 500 companies, including Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Kodak, Visa, and Pepsico, and in the nutritional industry with Herbalife and Nature’s Sunshine Products. She currently serves as Board Director for Calavo (NASDAQ: CVGW) since December 2021 and is currently the chairperson for the Governance & ESG committee and a member of the Audit committee.  She was previously an Independent Director for the Bank of New York Mellon – Mexico. Adriana is a transformative leader known for her ability to reinvent businesses to drive accelerated profitable growth and create superior shareholder value. Most recently, she has led major digital and e-commerce transformations propelling unprecedented growth.

With strong roots in Marketing, her work has impacted many of the leading global brands. She has global experience, including North America, Latin America, China, and Asia Pacific, and her teams have been a global benchmark on several occasions.  She is a passionate advocate of DE&I developing and promoting diverse talent, recently co-leading the Young Professionals Development ERG at Stanley Black & Decker. 

Adriana has a BA and Honors diploma in Business and Marketing from Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico.  She was named one of Mexico’s top 10 Powerful Businesswomen in 2007 and 2008. She returned to Florida in 2019, following nine years of living in Salt Lake City, Utah, with her family of two boys and her husband.
