Pete recently served as CEO of Cintrifuse, a startup catalyst, incubator, and venture fund. Previously, Pete was the Global Head of Digital at Nestlé, Switzerland, the world’s largest food company. He also served as CMO at NM Incite, a Nielsen and McKinsey joint venture, and started his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble, where he co-founded the first “Interactive Marketing” team and later launched PlanetFeedback.com. Pete is the author of Satisfied Customers Tell Three Friends, Angry Customers Tell 3000 (Doubleday). He holds an MBA from Harvard and a Bachelor’s from UC Santa Cruz.

Teri List served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Gap, Inc., where she oversaw the finance, real estate and information technology organizations, as well as interim oversight of supply chain. List also served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Dick’s Sporting Goods Inc. and Kraft Foods Group. From 1994 to 2013, List was with Procter & Gamble, progressing to senior vice president and treasurer. Before this she spent over nine years at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Juliana Azevedo leads P&G ’s second largest category, Home Care, a business with meaningful value creation potential across categories and markets. The portfolio includes iconic brands such as Dawn, Cascade, Fairy, Mr. Clean, Swiffer and Febreze that strive to make household chores simpler, faster, more sustainable and accessible to everyone. Prior to becoming CEO, Jon was P&G’s Chief Operating Officer, with profit/loss responsibility for P&G’s Enterprise Markets (Latin America, India, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe). He also led the company’s Investor Relations, Information Technology, Global Business Services, Sales, Market Operations, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Distribution efforts. Jon held the role of P&G’s Chief Financial Officer for more than 12 years, leading P&G’s Finance & Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Corporate Strategy, Business Development, and Investor Relations functions. He managed P&G’s global Duracell, Salon Professional, Retail Hair Color, Prestige Fragrances, and Retail Hair Color businesses for a multi-year period as those businesses were transitioned for sale. Since joining P&G in 1988 as a cost analyst, Jon has held various senior leadership roles in categories, sectors, and regions, including assignments in China as the company’s Treasurer, Global Beauty, Health, and Feminine Care as Finance Senior VP, and Corporate Forecasting & Analysis. He has led major merger and acquisition operations, including the Merck KGaA acquisition and the divestitures of P&G’s coffee, snacks, pharmaceuticals, battery, and prestige beauty businesses. Jon serves on the boards of the Alliance to End Plastic Waste, the Consumer Goods Forum, Isle of Harris Distillers Ltd, and is a member of the Business Roundtable. He previously served on the Board of Directors for Monsanto for eight years and was Chairman of that Board’s Audit Committee. He is active in the business, civic, and cultural leadership of Greater Cincinnati, serving in an advisory role on local Boards, and is a Trustee Emeritus and Former Chairman of the Cincinnati Art Museum Board of Trustees.

Al worked in North America for 18 years followed by 19 years as the Vice President/Managing Director of Taiwan, Korea, the Arabian Peninsula/Pakistan and South Asia. Al retired from P&G in 2018. Al pioneered the concept of BOF i.e. Brutal Obsession with Fundaments. Notable achievements were a major profit turnaround in India and delivering double digit topline/bottomline growth in the Arabian Peninsula and Pakistan over a span of 12 years. Al’s reputation as a “people person” translated into building several strong organizations and very successful talent development. Another key part of Al’s success was in deeply understanding Consumer/Shopper needs and developing Win-Win partnerships with key stakeholders i.e. Customers, Distributors, Govt Entities, Agencies etc. Al is highly committed to Diversity and Inclusion and has the distinction of getting license #1 to hire females in Saudi Arabia in 2005. Al championed an “All-Female” built house in Korea for Habitat for Humanity and developed several successful female leaders including 2 managing directors in Korea.

He ran P&G’s Fabric & Home Care business in Japan, later led the company’s Corporate New Business and Innovation group, and, finally, was Senior Vice President overseeing P&G’s global Pet Care and Snacks businesses.
