Filippo Passerini, President at Inixia Inc, and Tony Saldanha, CEO at Inixia Inc, are authors of the new book Revolutionizing Business Operations and are on a mission to provide more visibility to the importance of top-class business operations. Filippo coined the term “Global Business Services” or GBS, for the world, and then created what is still considered to be the best-in-class model for companies. Under the GBS organization structure is a set of principles and models for creating efficient, effective, innovative, and agile business operations.
