The Hyatt Regency, Cincinnati will be the venue for this gathering of P&G alumni from around the world!  With its magnificent ballroom and meeting spaces, excellent gym and other facilities, the Hyatt Regency is ready to welcome you to the conference.

The formal conference will be held over a full two days on Friday, April 30, 2027 through Saturday, May 1, 2027, closing with a gala dinner on the evening of May 1, 2027.

Some special interest gatherings will be organized for Thursday, April 29, 2027.  We suggest you make your hotel bookings for check in on Apr 29, 2027 and checkout May 2, 2027.

Please book your room at the Hyatt Regency below (at a preferential rate of USD $198**per night).

4. Conference registration cancellation policy: 50% refund for cancellations received on or before September 30, 2026.
