Ute is a consumer/customer focused business strategist, facilitator and people developer with more than 30 years of marketing and management experience in various categories and regions around the globe. She currently focuses on supporting companies with her business expertise and Power Facilitation(R) skills as well as a consultant for high performing teams.

 

During a marketing career of 25 years at P&G, Ute had a great impact on the Femcare business, with responsibilities in WE, CEEMEA and the US, particularly for Always and Tampax. In addition, she was always an active champion for diversity, leading many initiatives to build female representation in management positions. When she left P&G in 2010 to return to her home country Germany, she took on a leading role in the Global P&G Alumni Women´s Forum and has been a champion of alumni activities in Germany. The German chapter has just established a Germany specific non-profit P&G alumni foundation to mirror the Global Foundation, with the ability to receive German tax credits for donors. Ute is leading this effort as co-chair.

Lisa is a marketing leader with more than 30 years of brand-building experience across CPG, B2B, retail, and nonprofit. During her career with P&G, Lisa served in several brand management and global design & innovation roles across Healthcare, Shopper Marketing, and Cosmetics. After P&G, she led Marketing teams at Valassis, La-Z-Boy, and the Michigan Science Center. With a passion for community development, Lisa currently serves as a marketing consultant working with nonprofits and start-ups to build clear and compelling brand narratives and creative strategies for growth.

Over the past few months, Lisa has been a member of an advisory team to the Alumni Board seeking to understand how it could better serve P&G Black Alumni. She will continue to work on diversifying membership and co-lead an effort to establish a Black Alumni Forum to foster greater awareness, engagement, relevance, and inclusion. Looking ahead, the Forum is planning its first in-person meeting at the upcoming Global Conference in Washington, D.C.

Katya is the Director of Global Commercial Data and Business Intelligence for the Consumer Healthcare Business Unit of Sanofi, a multinational pharmaceutical comPpany. She is leading commercial data strategy and digital transformation roadmap across 40 countries to give more consumers access to medicines for healthier and happier lives. Prior to that, Katya was heading Digital Innovation in Europe, with the aim to accelerate use of emerging technologies. In this role, she has established Conversational AI capability for the company and led Sanofi to join the pharma Blockchain Consortium to become an early adopter of the technology. 

During her time at P&G, Katya was managing deployment of a digital media solution in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, as well as driving digital transformation in sales in Eastern Europe and Central Asian Republics.

Katya has a rich international background, having lived in three countries, and visited 50+. Her volunteering work includes supporting young talents via training and mentoring, establishing a Paris-based women peer-mentoring group for expats, and supporting vulnerable elderly communities.

What is the P&G Alumni Network?

A commitment to serving our extended Alumni family throughout their career.

The P&G Alumni Network is a nonprofit organization founded by alumni to help former P&G employees stay connected.

Our mission is to share ideas, talents and resources with each other and with our communities.

All profits created by the Network are donated to charitable groups around the world. While we are not formally connected with the Procter & Gamble Company,

P&G is highly supportive of our work and mission.

Membership is open to any person who has been employed by P&G anywhere, in any function or capacity. It includes both retirees and those still actively engaged in professional careers outside of P&G.

Who is eligible to join the P&G Alumni Network?

Anyone who has been directly employed by P&G or a previously owned P&G company can join the community.

How do I register and join the P&G Alumni Network?

You can register and join by visiting pgalums.com and clicking on ‘Join the Network.’

How long does it take to be approved?

The majority of alumni will be automatically approved when connecting through LinkedIn if your profile shows that you worked for P&G or a previously owned P&G company.

Some alumni may need to be manually approved to join, which might take a little longer.

When I connect my account with LinkedIn, will you ever post content on my behalf?

When joining the P&G Alumni Network, we will suggest you share the news via LinkedIn. We will only ever do this with your permission.

How will I know if I have been approved?

You will receive a WELCOME email when you have been approved.
