Yogesh Chavda’s 25+ years as a marketing executive are highlighted by pivotal roles and impactful initiatives at organizations that dominate their field and have left a cultural impact. In addition to stints at Spotify, Pinterest, Amway, Kimberly Clark, and WS Audiology, Yogesh’s background includes a 16-year run at Procter & Gamble, where he held various senior-level positions across 6 countries.
Yogesh is the Director of the Center for Marketing Solutions at the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business, renowned for its international business program. Besides leading the Marketing Center, he is a Lecturer on Strategic Marketing, Applications of Insights, and AI in Marketing for Seniors and MBA students.
He’s also the founder of Y2S Consulting, where he’s brought his passion for empowering and facilitating content on brands impacted by stigma and applications of AI in Marketing. Some of his clients have included Apple, Whirlpool, 3M, Parallel, Margaritaville, Lowe’s, Foster Grant, and Mars.
Yogesh also writes about AI in Marketing, in his weekly newsletter – In Search of Normal on LinkedIn. And, he hosts a Podcast called the Next Frontier In Insights where he interviews thought leaders and innovators at the forefront of Marketing.

- Roisin Donnelly – Roisin spent over 30 years leading marketing and brand building at Procter & Gamble in different UK and international roles, most recently as Chief Marketing Officer for P&G Northern Europe (2014-2016). Roisin’s current non-executive directorships include NatWest Group, Premier Foods plc and The Sage Group plc. Her previous NED roles include HomeServe plc, Just Eat plc, Holland and Barrett Limited, and Bourne Leisure Limited.
- Francesca Ecsery – Francesca is a Portfolio Non-Executive Director, SID and Chair of remunerations committee with expertise in Marketing and 30+ years’ experience in directing in both blue-chip companies a well as start-ups in the Digital / Retail / FMCG / Leisure Travel industries. She currently sits on four boards across Air France, Henderson High Income, Haffner Energy, and the Association of Investment Companies.
- Ann Francke OBE (Chair) – Ann is Chief Executive of the Chartered Management Institute, the UK’s leading professional body for management and leadership with an international member community of over 220,000. She started her career at Procter & Gamble and has held senior executive positions at Mars, Boots, Yell and BSI. Ann is a Trustee at the Engineering Council.

Under Kirti’s leadership, CMK has become an invaluable partner in shaping the direction of the Company’s ten product categories to grow brands, guide strategies and portfolio choices, and design in-market executions.
Since joining P&G in 1993 as a CMK manager in India, Kirti has held numerous leadership positions across P&G businesses, including Beauty Care, Feminine Care, Health Care and Grooming.
He has worked across many geographies including India, China, Singapore and the U.S.
Outside of P&G, Kirti lends his expertise to academia and the public sector to foster development in the areas of consumer insights and research.

Janet is a Mechanical Engineer who worked for over 23 years for Proctor & Gamble (P&G) in both the United States and Nigeria. She has clocked many “firsts” in her career and is most proud of having been the first Plant Manager for Procter & Gamble Nigeria Ltd.
Teri List served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Gap, Inc., where she oversaw the finance, real estate and information technology organizations, as well as interim oversight of supply chain. List also served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Dick’s Sporting Goods Inc. and Kraft Foods Group. From 1994 to 2013, List was with Procter & Gamble, progressing to senior vice president and treasurer. Before this she spent over nine years at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Juliana Azevedo leads P&G ’s second largest category, Home Care, a business with meaningful value creation potential across categories and markets. The portfolio includes iconic brands such as Dawn, Cascade, Fairy, Mr. Clean, Swiffer and Febreze that strive to make household chores simpler, faster, more sustainable and accessible to everyone. Juliana also leads P&G Professional, which serves the foodservice, building, cleaning and maintenance industries with some of the world’s most trusted cleaning products.
