Who is Owen Carryl? Solving Capability Gaps to Become a High-Impact Leader Executive Recruiter, Talent Advisor, Former R&D Executive, and Innovation Leader Owen Carryl, Ph.D., leads Food & Beverage Executive Recruiting at Kaye/Bassman International, one of the largest executive search firms in the United States. He partners with senior leaders to build high-performing organizations by identifying, attracting, and developing exceptional talent. Before transitioning into executive search, Owen spent more than 20 years leading innovation, research, and product development teams at world-class organizations including Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, and Avery Dennison. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations strengthen critical leadership capabilities, accelerate innovation, and bring breakthrough products to market. Among his notable accomplishments is helping develop Align®, the #1doctor-recommended probiotic brand used by millions of consumers worldwide. Today, Owen combines his experience as a scientist, business leader, and executive recruiter to advise organizations on leadership effectiveness, capability building, succession planning, and talent strategy.
