Our relationship with the Company continues to be outstanding, and I can honestly say we are the envy of corporate alumni groups everywhere. Special thanks to Marc Pritchard for our remarkable partnership with the Company and to Jon Moeller for his support. We look forward to working with Shailesh Jejurikar as he takes on his leadership position.

As some of you know, in my day job, I teach the classic “one page memo” class called Leadership On Paper, and in that role, I get to meet a wide range of current Company employees. When I’m with them, in addition to the workshop, I have the opportunity to tell them about the Company of which they are a part. The heritage. The values. The special bond that we all share. The Company continues to identify great talent and, even more importantly, people who share the values that separate P&G from so many other fine organisations.

Last June, we held our 12th Global Conference in the host city of Berlin. Thanks to the hard work of Ute Hagen, Otmar Debald and the entire German Chapter, we had a record turnout and an outstanding event. Videos of each session are available for viewing. In 2027, we will return the event to the U.S. and specifically to the city where it all began – Cincinnati. More news to come, and I hope we will see many of you there.

Financially, we continue to be on a very solid footing, and the Foundation had yet another banner year, which you can track in the Annual Impact Report. Rest assured that our conservative approach to financials has the Network and the Foundation protected with the funds needed to operate for several years, and plans are underway to expand our ability to generate the funding required to grow our offerings for our alumni.

In 2025, we added several new faces to the Network Board, and we thank several of our peers who have moved on. Joining the Board are Patricia Spisto from Mexico, Hikaru Adachi from Japan, Ali Tahiri from Morocco, Catherine Hostein from France, Sophia Toh, our new Treasurer, and Raquelle Zuzarte from the U.S.

I want to take a moment to thank York Huang who has built and led our Chinese Chapters to great success, Eric Vanderschueren our outgoing Treasurer and my personal counsellor, Ute Hagen our outgoing Vice Chair and Berlin Global Conference organizer who is moving on to focus on developing our European organization, and Fernando Jimenez from our Mexico Chapter who focused on Enrichment, for their service.

Our board continues to reflect the diversity of our membership and the global reach of our mission. To better serve the breadth of the membership, we added two new seats to the Board this year.

Consistent with our mission, we continue to expand our offerings, adding them to our existing enrichment programs, and dramatically improving our communications tools and processes, all in order to serve our members better.

Notable successes, among our programs and initiatives, include:
Beyond our very successful Learnings From Leaders podcast series and our global and Spanish-speaking webinar series, we have started targeted webinars for subsets of the Network based on areas of particular interest. Our Women’s Forum, our Black Alumni Forum, the Digital Forum, and our Insights & Analytics Forum each have created dedicated content. And the Foundation continues to create special content of interest to our members and our donors.
The Women’s Leadership Forum has begun a program dedicated to helping alumni prepare for and secure board roles, augmenting their highly regarded coaching program.
Our Younger Alumni efforts are being bolstered by the addition of several younger alumni to the Board. We are exploring a Mentoring program designed to match senior alumni with their younger counterparts.

Further:
We continued to add and build our chapter organisation and had several chapter leaders in attendance at the Conference. Ranu Gupta, who leads our chapter efforts, has helped us add chapters in several cities and countries around the world.
We have worked with the Company, which now includes information about the Network in the exit package for employees who leave the business. This will make it easier for them to seamlessly transition and continue to be part of our lifelong family.
And as can be seen in the Alumni Foundation Impact Report, our Foundation had another remarkable year in terms of both fundraising and grants, dramatically increasing our impact against the objective of alumni involvement in fostering economic empowerment around the world.
We are now exploring a program to connect our alumni with companies that see the benefit of contracting to have P&G expertise and experience as part of their businesses. More to come on this.

It has been a turbulent year around the world. Too many of us have taken to a we/they view on nearly every topic, every conversation, every debate. Compromise and statesmanship appear to be unacceptable to too many leaders. As I said in last year’s letter, as we embark on the new year, we continue to face a world of greater uncertainty than we have encountered in some time. But the people in this Network, this family, continue to believe that the shared values that connect us as alumni will allow us to deal with whatever comes our way.

Once again, I leave you with my own belief — that when we harness the experience, expertise, and creativity of Procter & Gamble people, we can make great things happen.

In sum, as we move forward, I am pleased to report that the Network and the Foundation continue to be healthy and thriving – and it’s all thanks to you, who have been with us from the very start.

From our families to yours, our sincere wish for 2026 is Peace on Earth and Goodwill toward Everyone.

Ed Tazzia, Chairman

Details coming soon.

When the pressure spikes, do you feel self-doubt creeping in? Decision fatigue setting in? Your purpose is starting to blur while autopilot takes over?

That’s why self-leadership is no longer a “nice to have” — it’s essential.
Self-leadership is your ability to intentionally guide your own thoughts, emotions, and actions, anchored in your values, so you stay clear, resilient, and purposeful — no matter the uncertainty around you.

At the recent P&G Alumni Network Conference in Berlin, our “Leading Self” sessions gave leaders like you the space to pause, re-anchor in their values, and strengthen their internal compass.

Those short sessions were just a taster. In our personalized coaching programs — led by one of our ICF-certified coaches and fellow P&G Alumni — you get the time and space to pause, reflect, and re-align. Together, we’ll help you build the inner foundation that fuels sustainable leadership.

We’re ready to partner with you. The question is: are you ready to lead yourself first?

The P&G Alumni Network

Since its inception, the P&G Alumni Network has had a three-pronged mission.

We work to help our alumni to easily connect with one another for business or personal reasons.  We share the expertise of our members with one another to improve their business and personal lives.  We give back to communities in which we live and work. The Network is uniquely qualified to serve our members for their entire lives.

Connect with others, learn from others, give back to others.

We do this through our global network and our local chapters.  We give back through our Foundation and a firm belief in free enterprise — empowering people to create better lives for themselves and their families.

We share a distinct set of values which were nurtured by our shared experiences at Procter & Gamble.
