With over 35 years experience in communications from managing agencies and multiple brands Jean-Martial Ribes was as well the Former Communication Director of Paris Saint-Germain (2011–2022).
For ten years, he led the global communication of the club during its most transformative era-corporate, lifestyle and sports comms, building a global sport brand, managing crisis communication.
With experience working alongside world-class athletes, executives and international partners, he brings unmatched expertise in storytelling, reputation management and high-pressure decision-making.
He is the creator of Ikan comms and co-creator of the sport agency Nexplay Communications.

⭐️ Houyam Benhammou — Moderator

Houyam Benhammou has transformed her passion for journalism and sport into a remarkable international career across major global institutions including FIFA.

After starting in Moroccan media she joined the Confederation of African Football (CAF), where she led media operations for the continent’s biggest competitions.

She now serves as Media Operations & Services Project Lead, overseeing AFCON TotalEnergies 2025, reinforcing Morocco’s growing role in global sports soft power.

Houyam is also a committed speaker and a lecturer at the Real Madrid Graduate School.
