Join us for a virtual roundtable for women in the P&G Alumni Network exploring board roles and leadership.
No presentations.
No slides.
Just real conversation with thoughtful, accomplished women across industries and geographies.
This is a chance to meet others on a similar path — to exchange perspectives, uncover common ground, and start building meaningful connections.
Depending on group size, we may use smaller breakout discussions to keep conversations personal, engaging, and relevant.
Bring your perspective. Share your experience. Walk away with connections that last beyond this conversation.
Research from leading search firms such as Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles shows that up to 70–80% of board appointments happen through networks and informal referrals – often before the “process” even begins.
In other words: the shortlist is often written before you know there is one.
In this webinar, we take you inside the selection room to unpack how boards actually choose.
Bringing together perspectives from academia, experienced board leadership, and Boardway’s data-driven approach to modern board search, we combine research, real-world decision-making, and new thinking on how visibility is created.
More importantly, you will walk away with practical tools to position yourself, build the right visibility, and increase your chances of making it into – and through -the shortlist.

The P&G Alumni Geneva Chapter and the Women’s Leadership Forum invite you to an engaging, in-person evening focused on preparing for board roles and succeeding once you’re there.
This curated session is designed for P&G alumni with 15+ years of professional experience, including those currently serving in director roles or aspiring to join boards in the near future. The conversation goes beyond theory, offering practical insight into board readiness, positioning, and the realities of today’s board landscape. To preserve the quality and relevance of discussions, registrations will be reviewed to ensure alignment with the seniority criteria.
While open to both men and women, this session also addresses the broader context of representation and access, emphasizing visibility, preparation, and activating more alumni into meaningful board pathways. Women currently hold only about 10% of Fortune 500 CEO roles and less than 30% of board seats globally. Bringing this discussion to Geneva is about more than statistics — it’s about visibility, readiness, and activating more alumni into meaningful board pathways.
