UAE Chapter: AI ACADEMY – SESSION 2

🚨P&G UAE ALUMNI – AI ACADEMY – SESSION 2️⃣ is coming your way.

Save the date: 30th July, 6:30pm, online, led by Aqeel Ahmad, CTO e2e Group & WeCrunch.

Stop treating AI like a search engine and start treating it like a collaborator.

Most people use AI for basic, one-off prompts. But the real leverage happens when you move from quick queries to ongoing dialogues with AI agents.

In our upcoming hands-on training, we’re shifting the paradigm. Here is what we’ll cover:

1️⃣ Knowledge-Driven Workflows: Learn practical, tool-agnostic techniques to build processes that actually scale.
2️⃣ Filter the Noise: Spot which AI techniques truly matter versus what’s just a temporary feature hype.
3️⃣ Local Agent Setup: We’ll finish by building your very own AI agent locally—using a free, lightweight approach you can run right away.

Ready to level up your AI workflow?

Boston & NE Chapter Board Series: How to earn trust and create value as a Director

Getting appointed to a board is only the beginning. The real challenge is becoming a board director who creates meaningful value, earns trust quickly, and contributes effectively across very different boardroom dynamics.

Strong board directors combine preparation, judgment, communication, and self-awareness. They know when to challenge, when to support, and how to contribute without overstepping into management. Yet many professionals enter the boardroom without fully understanding what successful board participation looks like in practice.

In this webinar, we explore what separates effective board directors from those who struggle to gain influence or impact. Bringing together perspectives from experienced board leaders, operators, and Boardway’s data-driven insights, we discuss the practical tools, behaviors, and intentions that help directors succeed once they are in the room.

More importantly, attendees will walk away with practical guidance on how to prepare for board service, navigate board dynamics, contribute with credibility, and continue evolving as a trusted board member over time.

  • Episode: 3 of 3
  • Date: Thursday June 18, 2025
  • Time: 15:00 – 16:00 (CET)  //  9:00 AM – 10:00 AM (EST)

Boston & NE Chapter: How Boards Decide-a look into the selection room

Research from leading search firms such as Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles shows that up to 70–80% of board appointments happen through networks and informal referrals – often before the “process” even begins.

In other words: the shortlist is often written before you know there is one.

In this webinar, we take you inside the selection room to unpack how boards actually choose.

Bringing together perspectives from academia, experienced board leadership, and Boardway’s data-driven approach to modern board search, we combine research, real-world decision-making, and new thinking on how visibility is created.

More importantly, you will walk away with practical tools to position yourself, build the right visibility, and increase your chances of making it into – and through -the shortlist.

SF Bay Area Chapter: Human Judgment vs. Machine Intelligence Panel

Topic Focus: Where Al adds value-and where it doesn’t. Our expert Insights panel from Google, The Clorox Company & eBay  will share strategies to avoid over automation & preserve insight.

This event is ideal for leaders who work with/receive insights. All chapters are welcome to attend.

In our last session, we explored how AI tools are transforming business across disciplines from insights and marketing to operations and strategy. Now, as leaders, we face a deeper question:

How do we distinguish between a “beautiful argument” and a data-driven truth?
As AI-generated analysis becomes the corporate standard, the risk of over-automation is real. If the evidence is missing, even the most polished presentation can lead a brand astray.

Join the P&G SF Alumni Chapter, in partnership with the P&G Alumni Women in Leadership Forum and P&G Alumni Insights & Analytics Forum, for a deep dive into the critical intersection of human judgment and machine intelligence.

This session is built for decision-makers who must interpret analysis, challenge assumptions, and protect insight integrity. RSVP early > to secure your spot. More details coming soon!

Guests are welcome! Feel free to invite friends and family, and we encourage you to forward this invitation to fellow P&G alumni in the Bay Area to help grow our community.

We can’t wait to see you there!

Geneva Chapter & WLF: Succeeding at the Board Table

The P&G Alumni Geneva Chapter and the Women’s Leadership Forum invite you to an engaging, in-person evening focused on preparing for board roles and succeeding once you’re there.

This curated session is designed for P&G alumni with 15+ years of professional experience, including those currently serving in director roles or aspiring to join boards in the near future. The conversation goes beyond theory, offering practical insight into board readiness, positioning, and the realities of today’s board landscape. To preserve the quality and relevance of discussions, registrations will be reviewed to ensure alignment with the seniority criteria.

While open to both men and women, this session also addresses the broader context of representation and access, emphasizing visibility, preparation, and activating more alumni into meaningful board pathways. Women currently hold only about 10% of Fortune 500 CEO roles and less than 30% of board seats globally. Bringing this discussion to Geneva is about more than statistics — it’s about visibility, readiness, and activating more alumni into meaningful board pathways.
