Women’s Leadership Forum

A force for growth that seeks to empower and uplift the professional and personal growth of P&G Alumni globally and the communities they serve.

The Women’s Leadership Forum is a community of high-impact women from P&G with the drive, resources, and experience to make a positive and meaningful difference. We bond in sisterhood to both GIVE and GAIN through enrichment programs and philanthropy, supporting each other to reach our full potential.

We are thrilled to unveil our renewed strategy for 2024 and beyond, marking a significant step in our journey to empower and impact P&G Women Alumni globally.

Our Vision remains steadfast – to be the world’s most impactful and empowering professional women leadership network, deeply rooted in P&G values.

Our Mission is to foster opportunities and enable impact for P&G Women Alumni worldwide.

In 2025, our Focus Areas will be:

1. Nurturing Leadership: We will work together to scale our coaching program.

2. Enabling Connections: Our enriched communication plan will foster connections through new content, conferences, and chapter events.

3. Advancing Women’s Professional Journeys: We are initiating an innovative Board program, designed to offer understanding, opportunities, and learning.
