 Guyer McCracken
Guyer joined P&G in 1980 in the Finance Department of the Buckeye Cellulose Division. In 1989, he was appointed Finance Manager of P&G Taiwan. He moved to Asia Pacific, and assumed responsibility for the growing Chinese market.
He returned to the US in 1996 as Comptroller for the Food & Beverage Sector of North America.
Guyer left P&G in 2000 to become CFO of Swapalease.com, a start up company engaged in the automobile lease transfer market, and moved to his current position in 2003 as COO and CFO of Texstyle, Inc, a private manufacturer of home textile products produced at their wholly owned subsidiary in Shanghai and distributed through major retailers in the U.S. and other international retail markets. Guyer also earned his CPA certification in 2002.
He has served as President of the Northwestern University Club of Cincinnati and as Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America.
Guyer and his wife Kim live in Lebanon, Ohio with their three children and a large assortment of horses, dogs, cats, birds, and ferrets.

 Michael Cleary
Michael Cleary joined P&G's Advertising Department in Toronto, Canada in June 1968, after graduating with an MBA degree from the University of Windsor. After becoming a Brand Manager in Toronto, he spent two years in Cincinnati with assignments in the Paper and the BS&HCP Divisions. He then returned to Canada before spending time in Austria, the UK and Belgium. He retired from P&G as Vice President of Advertising - Europe, in May 2000, after 32 years service.
Following retirement from P&G, Mike was hired by Saatchi & Saatchi in London. Mike is on the board of Optimad and also works part time with Advertising Assessments International, a consulting firm that helps clients search for, and evaluate the performance of, agencies. He remains active in the World Federation of Advertising.

 Martha Miller de Lombera
Mohan Mohan, from India, is a retired Procter & Gamble marketing executive, having had a memorable career spread over three continents for nearly 30 years. He joined the Company in 1972 in Geneva, Switzerland and gained experience in building business and organizations across Europe, Middle East and Africa. He acknowledges freely that all his accomplishments are entirely due to the people in the Company who helped him along the way in all locations he lived and worked.
Key highlights during Mohan’s P&G career were:
- In Saudi Arabia, introduced and built business on new brands such as Pampers, Ariel, Pringles. Helped expand business across all Gulf Countries.
- Doubled business in Ireland
- Responsible for the successful start-up and development of P&G’s Egyptian factory and business operations which is thriving today.
- esponsible for the successful start-up and development of P&G’s business in Portugal; handling Laundry & Cleaning and Health & Beauty Care divisions.
- As Vice President and General Manager , UK and Ireland, responsible for Health, Beauty Care and Cosmetics he helped grow these businesses.
- He was a Global Team Leader for recruiting talent for Europe.
Following his retirement from P&G in 2000, Mohan joined Findus Ltd. from 2001 – 2003 as General Manager for UK and Ireland. Findus is a leading international Frozen Food business, operating in the Retail and Foodservice sectors.
Mohan received Bachelors Honours Degree (B.E Honours) in Mechanical Engineering and Masters degree in Technology (M. Tech) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. As a East west Center Scholar, he obtained an MS Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Hawaii and an MBA from Columbia University.
He and his wife, Paru, have made England their permanent home. He is proud of his two daughters who studied in the US; one works in London (Financial Services) and another still in the US ( Surgeon).
He volunteers as an Executive-in-Residence at the London School of Business and Goizueta School of Business at Emory University in Atlanta. He also acts as a coach for several CEOs in the UK and India.

 Deborah M. Kielty
Deborah M. Kielty joined the World Trade Center Institute in Baltimore as President and Executive Director in October 2001, following a 20 year international career with Procter & Gamble. As head of the World Trade Center Institute, Ms. Kielty leads the largest international business network in the mid-Atlantic region, serving over 2000 clients across the private, diplomatic, government and academic sectors. In this capacity, Ms. Kielty reports to a Board of Directors largely made up of private sector business executives. She is responsible for overall strategic leadership, financial management, and organizational development.
Immediately prior to joining the World Trade Center, Ms. Kielty served as Vice President Global Alliances & Licensing (1999 – 2001) and General Manager Worldwide Strategic Planning (1992 - 1999) for Procter & Gamble Beauty Care, based in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Ms. Kielty also served as Managing Director, Procter & Gamble Health & Beauty Care Europe (1988 - 1991) based first as Associate Advertising Manager in Rome and later as Managing Director Cosmetics in London. Prior to that, Ms. Kielty served as Brand Manager and Associate Advertising Manager, Procter & Gamble de Mexico (1983 - 1988) based in Mexico City.
Ms. Kielty holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and a Masters Degree in International Management from Thunderbird’s American Graduate School of International Management in Glendale, Arizona. She was awarded Thunderbird's Barton Kyle Yount Award given to the member of each graduating class who most exemplifies Yount’s ideals of scholarship, accomplishment and character, and was the keynote student speaker at her graduation. In 2006 Ms. Kielty was awarded Thunderbird’s Distinguished Alumni Award for Career Achievement. She has traveled and conducted business in over 50 countries, and speaks several languages.
Ms. Kielty serves on many boards, including the Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs, the Governor's Sub-Cabinet for International Affairs, and the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business CIBER (Center for International Business Education and Research). She has two young children adopted from China and in 2002 assumed the CEO position of Families with Children from China in Maryland. She is active in the Federal Hill neighborhood community in Baltimore, and in 2003 was chosen as one of Baltimore's Top 50 Leaders. For the past three years, Ms. Kielty has served as M.C. for Maryland's Annual International Business Leadership Awards, and annually hosts the Embassy Day Tradeshow -- the largest such gathering of private sector business leaders and Embassy diplomats in the region.

 Mike Halloran
Mike graduated from Lehigh U. in 1981 and Sloan School of Management, M.I.T. with an MBA in 1983. He joined P&G in the Food Service and Lodging Products (FS&LP) Division, turning down several offers from other great marketing companies like Johnson & Johnson, General Foods, Colgate, and Hasbro. Mike worked on several brand assignments in FS&LP through 1989 before moving over to the Beverage Division working in Mt. Dora, Florida with Sundor Brands on Sunny Delight, Hawaiian Punch, and other juice brands. Mike left P&G to start his own consulting business in 1993 then joined Optimum Group (a.k.a. CoActive Marketing Group) in 1994. He served as Sr. VP Strategic Marketing before being named President in 1998. CoActive Marketing Group is a leading promotion and interactive agency in the U.S. Mike has continued to work on P&G business for the last 10 years. His expertise is in strategic marketing and interactive marketing. He has become a serial entrepreneur who is currently involved in 4 start-ups with most of his time focused as a founding partner of Zipscene.com, a portal whose mission is to become "The Google of Event Entertainment Content." Mike resides in Cincinnati and has three children & two grandchildren.

 Samir Hawwa
Samir is a native of Palestine and Lebanon, but now a
citizen of Switzerland, where he's resided since
joining P&G as a Marketing Assistant in 1960. During
the course of his 37 years Company career, Samir
managed virtually every one of the Company's Middle
East and African markets.
He was the first on-the-ground Manager of P&G's, now
nationalized, Iranian subsidiary. He was also the
Manager of the 15 Crush franchises of our Geneva
operations. His most recent assignment prior to
retirement was to set up and manage our Nigerian and
East African subsidiaries, manage our various
licensing set-ups in the Middle East and Africa, and
the Health Care Sector of Geneva operations.
Following retirement in 1997, Samir did consulting
work, as well as founding his own successful business
specializing in exports of Fast Moving Consumer Goods
to various ME and African markets.
Samir was elected to the Board of the Alumni
Association in 2003 and also serves on the P&G Geneva
Retirees Commitee. He has been active in organizing a
number of get-togethers for Geneva Retirees and
Alumni. He feels stongly that the P&G Alumni network
is a major asset which must be developed to its full
potential.

Bob Viney |

 Bob Viney
Bob graduated from the US Naval Academy, and has a Master's degree in systems engineering from San Jose State University. He began his career at P&G in the Coffee Division in 1976. During his 15 years with the company, he served in various positions, including: Brand Manager for Bonus and Tide, Advertising Manager, Taiwan and Corporate Environmental Marketing Manager. After leaving P&G, Bob served as Vice President, Marketing for Church & Dwight Co., Senior Vice President and Marketing Director at CYRK and Bronner, Slosberg, Humphrey, leading promotional and direct marketing agencies, respectively. He was a founding Partner and Principal of Exchange Applications & Marketing Group, a database marketing software company. Most recently, Bob headed Account Management at Verilytics, an internet services company, where he worked with Fortune 500 companies and non-profit affinity groups to create and launch branded internet portals that enhance relationships with customers, employees and members.
