Breaking the cycle of poverty takes more than one solution. It takes people, partnership, and pathways to work that lift entire communities.

In Northwest Arkansas, Circles NWA pairs individuals with dedicated mentors to build financial skills, career readiness, and strong support networks. Thanks to the support of the P&G Alumni Foundation the impact is clear: 88% increased income, and lives like Sarah’s transformed—from instability to steady work, a safer home, and renewed confidence.

In eastern Uganda, Spotlight on Africa equips individuals with vocational skills to earn and grow. In Mbale, graduates are building businesses, creating jobs, and supporting families. One young carpenter now employs five others. A single mother, once destitute, now provides for three generations.

This is how change spreads—one job, one family, one community at a time.
