Join us on April 11th for a LIVE webinar with Al Rajwani, Board Member at BioBridge Global & Previous GM for APP Region at P&G, for an engaging session on “Leaders’ role in enabling continuous growth.”
Al Rajwani is currently serving on the boards of 2 non-profits in San Antonio i.e Texas Biomedical and BioBridge Global.
Al started with P&G in 1981 after graduating with a BSC in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary, working in North America for 18 years followed by 19 years as the Vice President/Managing Director of Taiwan, Korea, the Arabian Peninsula/Pakistan, and South Asia. Al retired from P&G in 2018.
Al pioneered the concept of BOF i.e. Brutal Obsession with Fundaments. Notable achievements were a major profit turnaround in India and delivering double-digit topline and bottom-line growth in the Arabian Peninsula and Pakistan over a span of 12 years.
Al’s reputation as a “people person” translated into building several strong organizations and very successful talent development. Another key part of Al’s success was in deeply understanding Consumer/Shopper needs and developing Win-Win partnerships with key stakeholders i.e. Customers, Distributors, Govt Entities, Agencies, etc.
Al is highly committed to Diversity and Inclusion and has the distinction of getting license #1 to hire females in Saudi Arabia in 2005. Al championed an “All-Female” built house in Korea for Habitat for Humanity and developed several successful female leaders including 2 managing directors in Korea.
