Held in a beautiful private room and garden, the evening was co-hosted by alums Chip Bergh, Tarang Amin, Diane Dietz, and Karen (Francis) DeGolia.

One of the highlights was our Light of Gratitude tributes where alumni honored fellow alumni whose leadership, mentorship, and generosity have made a lasting impact. The conversation throughout the evening was energizing and inspiring! Our co-hosts shared thoughtful insights on “What They Are Seeing”, and our Executive Director, Sarah Woods offered moving remarks and impact stories from our Foundation grants with a special focus on Asia – stories that illustrated how alumni support is helping people build sustainable livelihoods and brighter futures.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our partners and donors, the event set a new record for total fundraising outside the Global Conference! Including residual pledges, the funds raised will support nearly two years of global grants, expanding opportunities for people in need around the world to find paths to sustainable employment and bright futures.

 We are thrilled to share the exciting news of two new major matching donations by Chip & Juliet Bergh in the October-December 2026 campaign period and by Tarang & Hirni Amin as part of a match for the upcoming 2027 Global Conference in Cincinnati. We are super energized and grateful, and we will share more shortly on these!
