A $230,000 Investment. A Lifetime of Impact. This is How P&G Alumni Change the World.
At P&G, we built brands meant to last. Our Foundation gives the same way.
The Alumni Foundation believes in sustainability. Two years after a Grant winner receives a grant we go back to understand what they delivered with the money and what the long term impact was. For our 2024 winners, 92% of PGAF grantees delivered 90% or more of their goals — training 3,673 people, creating 1,399 jobs, and launching 282 new businesses across 12 countries. But the numbers only tell part of the story. The real measure is what happens after the grant ends.
In Venezuela, 52 teachers now independently deliver a digital literacy curriculum already expanding into Colombia : one grant, two countries, still growing. In Rwanda, all 23 cooperative businesses launched with PGAF support are profitable every single year, run entirely by women who once had nothing. In Nepal, graduates of a PGAF-funded sewing program are already opening their own shops and training the next cohort. In Haiti, 212 families lifted from ultra-poverty now own their homes, have stable incomes, and are sending their children to school.
This isn’t charity. This is transformation that compounds year after year, community after community.
Built to last. Just like us.
