Chamos Empowering the Next Generation in Venezuela Through Digital Education

At Chamos – the mission is simple yet vital: to enhance the well-being of underprivileged children and youth through education, health programs, and the empowerment of local partners. In a country where the school dropout rate spikes after middle school, they are focused on giving young students the tools to change their futures.
Thanks to a transformative grant from the P&G Alumni Foundation, they are equipping students aged 10–13 with essential digital literacy skills—a gateway to further education and employability. Through this support:
📍 Two schools will be fully equipped with computer labs.
💻 240 students annually will gain digital competencies.
👩🏫 Four teachers will receive training in a new digital literacy curriculum.
🌍 Communities will benefit from improved access to digital tools and learning outcomes.
The power of this partnership goes beyond hardware and training. The P&G name carries trust. In our past collaboration—with P&G’s donation of water purification sachets—they gained credibility and visibility that led to $88K in additional funding. This new endorsement is already amplifying our reach, helping us recruit 30 volunteers and six teachers from the Universidad Metropolitana STEM network.
And we’re not stopping there.
Together, Chamos and the partnership of the P&G Alumni Foundation , are building a future where young people in Venezuela are not left behind but lifted up—with skills, hope, and a clear path forward.
