In a nutshell, our book is part of a whole ecosystem that will support businesses to address main CEO challenges according to PwC annual research.
To start with, we have created a new model: DESIGNENCE®. This is a combinatorial model.
Our objective is to help business transformation while solving company challenges with a solid and actionable activity roadmap developed with the help of this Strategic Design model.
We also believe that we cannot build tomorrow the way we have done so far and that we have to anticipate organizations’ impacts on the Business, on the Planet as much as on the People.
We have validated the model through research based on 9 cases including Alstom, Philips or Spotify for instance.
We have also illustrated how some organizations are already leveraging Design as a strategic tool throughout 9 interviews with companies like Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Cap Gemini or Ikea to name a few.
