Trained for Opportunities. Giving for Impact.

The skills learned live on in the work of the P&G Alumni community around the world, who are using their P&G training to serve as Grant Champions for the non-profit organizations they are involved in. This community is turning the lessons that built our careers into opportunities that build sustainable economic empowerment futures for others around the world.
One example is the non profit ELIS in Italy with P&G Alum Grant Champion Virginia Filippi. Through a 2024 grant from the P&G Alumni Foundation, 15 young adults who have come in contact with the legal justice system have been trained with professional certification as industrial electrical installers, given life skills coaching, and peer-to-peer mentorship as part of Elis’ Project Second Chance. Previous participants saw nearly 100% reduction in recidivism, allowing them to create a sustainable life for themselves and their families. Over 6,000 people have been trained by this program so far.
This year was our highest grant year ever- $230,000 awarded from 12 Grants plus an additional $20,000 in Germany – with 260,000+ lives improved across 47 countries. Although we have come a long way, there is still much to be done. For every grant we make, 5 are waiting for funding, that’s 10,000 people not trained and 2,000 new businesses not started this year alone.
YEAR-END CHALLENGE!
We invite you to consider a new or extended gift to the Foundation. Help us fund a full year of grants – our goal is $275,000. Your support inspires others to get involved and creates a ripple effect of positive change. It’s with true gratitude to P&G Alum David Taylor that every dollar donated to the Alumni Foundation will be 100% MATCHED! Your donation of $25 becomes $50, $100 becomes $200, $1,000 becomes $2,000 and so on up to $100,000!
