Celebrating Visionary Leadership and Global Impact
At the 2025 P&G Alumni Global Reunion in Berlin, two outstanding members of the P&G Alumni Foundation Board were honored for their inspiring contributions to their communities and the world. These awards largely reflect service beyond their work with P&G alumni, celebrating not just achievement – but purpose-driven leadership that reflects the very best of the P&G Alumni community.
🌟 Deb Kielty – Community Service Award
Deb Kielty received the Community Service Award, recognizing a lifetime of dedication to advancing global opportunity and cross-sector collaboration. While alums are familiar with Deb’s work on the Alumni Foundation, her community service spans 30+ years. A former P&G Vice President, Deb later led the World Trade Center Institute, a non-profit focused on empowering global leaders with ideas and connections to drive growth and global good. She and her WTCI team hosted over 7,000 international professionals exchanging best practices and engaged over 3,500 firms. Deb co-founded WTCI’s Women Spanning the Globe Leadership Conference now in its 20th year, and is passionate about leveraging diversity and gender-balanced teams to drive innovation, economic empowerment and global good.
Deb has also served on many non-profit boards, including as President of Families with Children from China, Johns Hopkins Jhpiego Affiliate dedicated to maternal/family health care in low resource countries, BOS Women and Children Homeless Shelter, Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs, and the University of Maryland Center for International Business Education. In 2019, Deb was honored by U.S. Senator Barbara Mikulski for her dedication to advancing women’s global leadership.
🌱 Aliyu Mohammed Ali – Early Achievement Award
🌍 Aliyu Mohammed Ali, PGAF Officer, CEO & Co-Founder of Ehfaaz, received the Early Achievement Award for his transformative leadership in sustainable innovation. In just six years, his Dubai-based company has reimagined the circular economy – turning CPG industry waste into compost, animal feed, and industrial cleaning products. Aliyu is redefining how the Middle East and Africa approach waste by building one of the region’s first full-stack circular economy platforms.
Ehfaaz has been featured in global media and showcased at COP27, COP28 and COP29 where Aliyu served as a featured speaker. In an industry slow to embrace innovation, Aliyu is leading with bold solutions while mentoring the next generation of changemakers and championing the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
True to its name – “Ehfaaz,” meaning to protect – the company reflects Aliyu’s mission to safeguard our planet’s resources while creating economic opportunity.
Deb and Aliyu represent the very best of the P&G Alumni community: visionary leaders who use their P&G skills and values to make a difference post P&G. Their achievements remind us how alumni everywhere are working with gratitude and purpose to build a better world.
We’re proud to celebrate two extraordinary P&G alumni recognized at the Global Conference in Berlin for their leadership and positive impact.
