SUMMARY:Insights & Analytics Forum - Insights For Growth: 3 Diverse Case Studies to Inspire Your Next Move
DESCRIPTION:Insights For Growth: 3 Diverse Case Studies to Inspire Your Next Move \n\n\n\nTuesday\, February 10th\n11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET\nFormat: 60 min. presentation\, 30 min. optional networking\n\nJoin us for 3 presentations from P&G alumni and learn how they used insights to drive growth: \nAshley Daisley\, former former P&G CMK – Tide: \nSignal Vs. Noise – How Leaders Can Cut Through ‘Trend Chaos’ to Drive Front-End Innovation \n“Signal vs. Noise is a fast-paced breakdown of how leaders can distinguish meaningful consumer insights from the trend noise that often overwhelms modern decision-making. Ashley will introduce the CAMP framework (Consumer Need\, Adoption Curve\, Market Fit\, and Positioning) used by Tide North America’s Front-End Innovation (FEI) team and show what happens when one of these pillars is missing. This approach helps teams make sharper\, more confident strategic choices with less wasted time and fewer false starts.” \nAshley Daisley is the Founder and Principal Strategist of Daisley Insight\, where she helps organizations identify meaningful trends and design clarity-driven strategies.  Previously\, she served as Senior Manager\, Analytics & Insights (CMK) for Tide North America’s front-end innovation (FEI) team at Procter & Gamble\, where the story behind this talk began. \n  \nRobyn Bolton\, Founder & Chief Navigator\, MileZero: \nHow Insights-Driven Culture Change Led to Achieving 4x Growth Goals in 1/3 the Time \nFaced with a 36-month order backlog due to COVID-era supply chain disruption\, a PE-owned manufacturing company faced the daunting task of doubling their business in 3 years.  In this talk\, you’ll learn how leaders began to think differently about their current business – changing their culture to engage differently with their customers\, and work differently with each other\, to get their current operations back on track and generate 4x of their revenue goals in 1/3 of the time. \nRobyn M. Bolton is founder and Chief Navigator of MileZero\, a consulting firm helping mid-market companies turn uncertainty into growth. She partnered with the manufacturing company’s leadership team to build the businesses\, capabilities\, and culture to deliver 4x growth in 12 months. \n\n  \nClaire Miller\, Former Chief Commercial Officer\, First Student: \nNo Big Budget\, No Problem: Launching $100M Rideshare-for-Kids with Conversations\, Curiosity\, and Courage \nWith minimal research funding\, Claire’s team built First Alt—a rideshare-for-kids solution that reached $100M in three years by tapping into unmet needs in special-needs student transport. Their insights came from direct conversations with consumers\, customers\, drivers\, and industry experts\, followed by rapid test-and-learn cycles. It’s a case study in scaling smart\, fast\, and with purpose. \nClaire Miller is a strategic C-level commercial leader with deep CPG and B2B experience across Fortune 100+ and PE-backed companies\, currently pursuing her next CMO/CCO role. Her story stems from her time as Chief Commercial Officer at First Student\, where she built and scaled First Alt to $100M in revenue.

SUMMARY:SF Bay Area Chapter: Human Judgment vs. Machine Intelligence Panel
DESCRIPTION:Topic Focus: Where Al adds value-and where it doesn’t. Our expert Insights panel from Google\, The Clorox Company & eBay  will share strategies to avoid over automation & preserve insight. \nThis event is ideal for leaders who work with/receive insights. All chapters are welcome to attend. \nIn our last session\, we explored how AI tools are transforming business across disciplines from insights and marketing to operations and strategy. Now\, as leaders\, we face a deeper question: \nHow do we distinguish between a “beautiful argument” and a data-driven truth?\nAs AI-generated analysis becomes the corporate standard\, the risk of over-automation is real. If the evidence is missing\, even the most polished presentation can lead a brand astray. \nJoin the P&G SF Alumni Chapter\, in partnership with the P&G Alumni Women in Leadership Forum and P&G Alumni Insights & Analytics Forum\, for a deep dive into the critical intersection of human judgment and machine intelligence. \nThis session is built for decision-makers who must interpret analysis\, challenge assumptions\, and protect insight integrity. RSVP early > to secure your spot. More details coming soon! \nGuests are welcome! Feel free to invite friends and family\, and we encourage you to forward this invitation to fellow P&G alumni in the Bay Area to help grow our community. \nWe can’t wait to see you there! \n  \n  \n

SUMMARY:Boston Chapter: How Boards Decide-a look into the selection room
DESCRIPTION:Research from leading search firms such as Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles shows that up to 70–80% of board appointments happen through networks and informal referrals – often before the “process” even begins. \nIn other words: the shortlist is often written before you know there is one. \nIn this webinar\, we take you inside the selection room to unpack how boards actually choose. \nBringing together perspectives from academia\, experienced board leadership\, and Boardway’s data-driven approach to modern board search\, we combine research\, real-world decision-making\, and new thinking on how visibility is created. \nMore importantly\, you will walk away with practical tools to position yourself\, build the right visibility\, and increase your chances of making it into – and through -the shortlist. \n\nREGISTER HERE
