Learn how they turned their values and beliefs into transformational impact. \nAbout Esi Eggleston Bracey:\nEsi Eggleston Bracey is a transformational beauty leader with decades of executive experience in the CPG and\nbeauty industries where she has created meaningful business impact through purpose driven leadership and\ninitiatives. Esi is President of Unilever’s US business and oversees Unilever’s Personal Care portfolio in North\nAmerica\, which includes iconic brands such as Dove\, Degree\, and Axe among others. \nAn energetic and dynamic leader known for creativity and out-of-the-box thinking\, she is consistently\nrecognized for her ability to guide organizations through brand-building excellence\, agility\, and operational\ndiscipline in light of competitive pressure and a rapidly evolving marketplace. \nAbout Patricia Mathias:\nPatricia joined AVPN in April 2020 as head of the Gender Platform to launch the Asia Gender Network and improve the lives of women and girls across Asia. With support from the Gates Foundation\, the Asia Gender Network is a growing group of female philanthropists committed to changing the future for Asian women and girls–individually and through collaboration. \nPatricia has experience in both for profit and not for profit organizations\, having served as the CEO for Magic Bus Singapore and SouthEast Asia\, a charity that helps lift children out of poverty. During her four year tenure\, Patricia led strategy planning and fundraising for the region\, and established local operations for Magic Bus in Myanmar. \nPreviously\, Patricia spent 20 years with Procter & Gamble where she held marketing and leadership roles and was responsible for multiple brands across various consumer goods categories. She has lived in India\, Singapore\, Malaysia and China. \nAbout Arlene Golembiewski:\nArlene volunteers as Executive Director of Sherbro Foundation Sierra Leone\, a nonprofit she founded in 2013 to serve the chiefdom where she once was a Peace Corps teacher. The foundation lifts people from poverty to self-reliance through education and economic empowerment. Beginning with girls’ scholarships in one school\, Sherbro Foundation has grown to support five programs that have served 5000 of the world’s poorest people\, many in villages too remote for government or NGO aid. The National Peace Corps Association recognized Arlene with their 2018 Sargent Shriver Award for Distinguished Humanitarian Service for her work in Sierra Leone\, their\nhighest honor for a returned volunteer. She received the P&G Alumni Network’s 2017 Humanitarian award. Arlene retired from a thirty-year career at Procter & Gamble as Associate Director of Global Health\, Safety and Environment\, where she developed HS&E programs around the world and advised on new product introductions. Arlene received a B.S. in Zoology and a Masters of Public Health in Environmental & Industrial Health both from the University of Michigan. \n  \nREGISTER HERE
