SUMMARY:Women's Leadership Forum: The Confident Leadership Advantage
DESCRIPTION:The Confident Leadership Advantage\nWomen’s Leadership Forum | Wednesday\, May 27 | 7am ET \nThe people who have built the strongest careers are not always the ones who feel most confident in them. This is not a contradiction. It is a pattern that sits at the intersection of high achievement and quiet self-doubt\, and a number of accomplished professionals carry it without fully understanding why it persists. \nThe question shifts as careers grow. Earlier: can I actually do this? Later: do I deserve to be here? Is what people think of me actually true? Experience builds competence and credibility. But it does not automatically build the internal sense that you can stand in the belief others have placed in you without constantly defending it. \nThe standard keeps moving. The evidence can never quite close it. And in the meantime\, the pattern protects itself. These behaviors have a cost worth understanding. \nCoaches Roula Clerc-Nassar and Carol Yang from the P&G Alumni Coaching team are exploring this pattern live\, and what it takes to shift it for good. Register today to save yourself a seat. \nProudly sponsored by the P&G Alumni Women’s Leadership Forum

SUMMARY:ES Webinar: Creating truly inclusive cultures in a divisive and changing world with René Bujard
DESCRIPTION:Creating Truly Inclusive Cultures in a Divisive and Changing World\nES Webinar | Monday\, June 9 | 9–10 am ET \nDEI is one of the most talked-about strategies in business today\, and one of the most misunderstood. Well-intentioned leaders are leaving real organizational value on the table\, not because they don’t care\, but because the playbook they’re working from is incomplete.\nThis session is a challenge to think differently. \nRené Bujard has spent 20+ years building inclusive cultures across some of the world’s most complex organizations: P&G\, Oxfam International\, Galderma\, and now Sunstar Group\, a 90-year-old global family business headquartered in Switzerland. He has done this work across corporate\, nonprofit\, private equity\, and family-owned sectors\, in environments where the stakes are high and the politics are real. \nHis argument: DEI isn’t a values exercise. It’s an organizational strategy with measurable impact on engagement\, development\, and business results\, and most organizations are only scratching the surface of what’s possible. \nCome ready to engage. This one won’t leave you where it finds you.

SUMMARY:Boston & NE Chapter Board Series: How to earn trust and create value as a Director
DESCRIPTION:Getting appointed to a board is only the beginning. The real challenge is becoming a board director who creates meaningful value\, earns trust quickly\, and contributes effectively across very different boardroom dynamics. \nStrong board directors combine preparation\, judgment\, communication\, and self-awareness. They know when to challenge\, when to support\, and how to contribute without overstepping into management. Yet many professionals enter the boardroom without fully understanding what successful board participation looks like in practice. \nIn this webinar\, we explore what separates effective board directors from those who struggle to gain influence or impact. Bringing together perspectives from experienced board leaders\, operators\, and Boardway’s data-driven insights\, we discuss the practical tools\, behaviors\, and intentions that help directors succeed once they are in the room. \nMore importantly\, attendees will walk away with practical guidance on how to prepare for board service\, navigate board dynamics\, contribute with credibility\, and continue evolving as a trusted board member over time. \n\nEpisode: 3 of 3\nDate: Thursday June 18\, 2025\nTime: 15:00 – 16:00 (CET)  //  9:00 AM – 10:00 AM (EST)\n\n\nREGISTER HERE
