To preserve the quality and relevance of discussions\, registrations will be reviewed to ensure alignment with the seniority criteria. \nWhile open to both men and women\, this session also addresses the broader context of representation and access\, emphasizing visibility\, preparation\, and activating more alumni into meaningful board pathways. Women currently hold only about 10% of Fortune 500 CEO roles and less than 30% of board seats globally.
