DESCRIPTION:Dear fellow P&G Alumni\, \nOn Wednesday\, September 11\, 2024\, 9/11 Day will host community meal packing \nevents in 21 cities across the country\, including Los Angeles. In total\, more than 20\,000 volunteers will gather to assemble 9 million meals for those at risk of hunger in their local communities. “Support Staff” volunteers help make sure that everything runs smoothly\, that everyone has a great time and that all our meals get packed and delivered to where they will do the most good. \nJoin fellow P&G Alums in Los Angeles for this annual day of service tradition.  \nBelow is some information on the LA Meal Pack for 9/11 Day. \n9/11 DAY NEEDS 280 SUPPORT STAFF VOLUNTEERS TO HELP LEAD OUR 2024 \nLOS ANGELES MEAL PACK FOR 9/11 DAY. \nEvent Location: Event Deck at LA Live – 1005 Chick Hearn Ct\, Los Angeles\, CA 90015. (LA Live\, Top Floor of the West Lot) \nTimes: Individuals are asked to sign up for either the 8:15-1pm shift or 11:15-4pm shift. Groups of P&G Alumni will likely be working on both shifts. For those who want to get together afterwards\, we will be meeting at 4pm at “Yard House” in LA Live. \nThe Commitment: One-hour training session via Zoom\, will be scheduled for the week before the event. Roughly 4 hours on the day of the event.
