Interested in becoming a Sponsor of the Global P&G Alumni Network?

Your company can become an annual sponsor of the P&G Alumni Global Network. Sponsorships are great opportunities to:

  • Reach key executives who are former P&G’ers leading global companies from around the world.
  • Reach retired P&G'ers who are enjoying and reaping the benefits of life after P&G.
  • Help support the Global Network continue to grow and be a successul organization.

The P&G Alumni Network is a non-profit organization. It is led by a group of volunteers who are former P&G'ers. All funds are used to cover the costs of running the network (such as website, communications, professional fees, etc). There are no salaried staff members. Your support will help your company to reach out the network while helping the network to continue growing.

P&G Alumni Global Network Annual Sponsorships

The P&G Alumni Network is growing quickly. Membership is almost 10,000 registered members. This is a great way for your company to reach former P&Gers, both those still working at companies across the world and those who are retired.

Sponsorship Program

There are three levels of sponsorships – Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The Silver and Gold sponsorships are one year in duration where the Platinum sponsorship is two years in duration.

Key elements of sponsorship:

  • One of the Network’s most valuable assets is the membership directory. For Platinum and Gold Sponsorships, we offer the ability for sponsors to deliver relevant offers for their services via information ads in our newsletters and also the ability to e-mail relevant offers directly to the membership.
  • The Platinum Sponsorship is two years in duration and represents a 17% savings over a Gold Sponsorship. We allow Platinum sponsors to attend local chapter events in their area as additional networking opportunities. They also will have first right of refusal on all major alumni events (e.g. Reunions)/
  • All three levels of sponsorships include a no extra charge ad(s) in the John Thomas P&G Marketing Alumni Directory, an annual printed directory that goes to over 1,400 P&G alumni.
  • For any special events, such as Reunions or local chapter events, we will also make all three levels of sponsors aware of sponsorship opportunities for those events.

  • One year sponsorship for total of $1,000
  • Full page in our Resources Directory of website with ability to link to sponsors website.
  • ½ page ad in John Thomas Annual P&G Marketing Alumni Directory.

Gold Sponsor

  • One year sponsorship for total of $7,000.
  • Name included on all correspondence to membership.
  • List of sponsors in e-newsletters.
  • On any written correspondence.
  • Full page in our Resources Directory of website with ability to link to sponsors website.
  • Ability to include one ad during the year in one of the quarterly newsletters (must be relevant and approved by Communication Committee.
  • Ability to send one solo e-mail to membership during the year (must be relevant and approved by Communication Committee).
  • Full page ad in John Thomas Annual P&G Marketing Alumni Directory.

Platinum Sponsor

  • Two year membership for total of $12,000.
  • Name included on all correspondence to membership.
  • List of sponsors in e-newsletter.
  • On any written correspondence.
  • Full page in our Resources Directory of website with ability to link to sponsors website.
  • Ability to include three ads over two year period in one of the quarterly newsletter (must be relevant and approved by Communication Committee).
  • Ability to send two solo e-mails to membership over the two year period (must be relevant and approved by Communication Committee).
  • Two page ad in John Thomas Annual P&G Marketing Alumni Directory for each of two years.
  • First right of refusal to have lead sponsorship participation in major alumni events in either U.S. or Globally (separate fees may apply to such sponsorships).
  • Ability for sponsors to attend special events of local chapters as appropriate.
